I can say i voted and though the outcome was not what i wanted, i still love this country! I am kind of in disbelief at the way people are acting on facebook to one another about it. All the "i will unfriend you" and "our country is doomed"...grow up! On another note, i did not have to wait in line and it was very easy. It is actually embarrassing to admit but this was my first time to vote because it was my first time to be in the place i was actually registered. I actually was cracking up because i went to MY old elementary school to vote and the place had not changed at all. Yesterday morning Eve and i went off to visit one of my best of friends, Meghan. She and her boyfriend live out in Katy and she was finally home and not out on the road for his football games. She amazes me at how she does it, i hate traveling so i can not imagine doing it every weekend. {that is love}. Since meghan was off to watch jerry today play the jacksonville jaguars...GO JERRY GO!....we decided to make a day full of fun together.

Can not wait till they have a little jerry jr that looks like Hank Basket...but even more adorbs! Eve and him will be the cutest play mates.

We ate lunch at this mexican restaurant in the neighborhood we grew up in and it had not changed a bit. Can not say i like it very much but it was fun driving through and looking at the houses we grew up in and the places we hung out at. We both looked at each other and said THANK GOD we do not live here anymore {everyone is always in your biz}. Today i am driving my dad to get lasik eye surgery this afternoon and will be playing nurse the rest of the day.
Bama plays A&M this weekend and i can not wait to watch!! ROLL TIDE
