Eve Turns 4 Weeks Old Today!

I cannot believe it has been FOUR weeks since you came into this world {the best day of my life}. As painful as that day was, i wish i could rewind and go back to the first time i held you and the overwhelming feeling of joy that washed over me. Everyday you change, not just your facial expressions {which are hilarious and far from a smile} but your little personality. Kelli would joke before you were born and call you diva davidson because she knew i would LOVE dressing you up and playing with your hair. BUT little did i know, you would actually be a Diva. I will be so surprised if you smile at five weeks, like i read from others. You just always look SO serious!!

We did a newborn shoot with Wendy Moffit Photography out of Virginia Beach. She came to the house, which made it SO much easier for us with a 2 week old. I was kind of nervous how this was going to go, i know Eves mood is unpredictable and she HATES changing clothes and HATES HATES being naked. So i had limited options with what i could do to her and still keep her happy. Luckily Wendy was so patient and so understanding {with 3 boys of her own} she knew exactly what to do! I highly recommend using her if you are looking for a photographer in the hampton roads area.

Some things about little baby Eve:

-You like tummy time and actually rolled from your stomach to your side and then onto your back at 3 weeks. Daddy and i just looked at eachother and said "is she suppose to do this yet?" I am not really sure if i am going to count it because you have not done it again but instead of trying to lift your head, you pick up your legs and try to roll to your side more! 

-You are a GREAT night time sleeper and already on a schedule, i love that because it makes life SO much easier for all of us. You sleep 10-2 then 3-6. Every night!

-You still have horrible gas and everytime a friend comes over to hold you, you still manage to toot on every single person. Steve said it best "at least you know she is comfortable in her own skin and not shy, that is a great trait for a girl." I guess i can look at it like that! ha

-You eat so much that i feel like that is all we do all day is eat and eat.

-You still love loud noises and being on the go, so i try to take you somewhere at least once everyday.Today we got lunch with daddy and Steve!
